This workshop will introduce you to basic metalsmithing and jewellery making techniques, exploring design ideas of shape and texture in the three tones of brass, copper and aluminium.
With the use of stamps and hammers a variety of marks can be made and layered to reflect light creating a variety of effects. The earrings pictured are all examples from previous participants.
No experience is necessary, I will guide you through the process of joining the elements together with stainless steel jump rings and adding hypoallergenic stainless ear wires to complete your designs ready to wear.
